Shipping policy

This shop exists to propagate love and joy in the world, specifically for the Citizens of Hartopia! We want to make sure we ship you the items you order intact and ready to use!

Shipping options will display on the check out page according to your shipping address, cart total, and/or promotional codes entered. We fulfill orders weekly, so we do not currently offer expedited fulfillment options or guaranteed fulfillment times, but you are welcome to choose expedited shipping options, and they will ship at that speed once they leave our care.

"Shipped by Hannah" orders are personally shipped by Hannah Hart and most ship within 7 days of being placed. After they ship, they'll travel to you at the shipping speed you've chosen at checkout. 

Orders from other collections are fulfilled by third party vendors and have varying turnaround times. Some may take up to three weeks to ship. Once they ship, they'll travel to you at the shipping speed you've chosen at checkout.

If the item you ordered arrived with a defect (i.e. breakage, stain, etc), please contact us within 30 days of receipt and we will resolve it for you ASAP. 

If you believe there has been a shipping problem with your order, please check your tracking information first. If something is amiss, please contact us ASAP and we will investigate to resolve it for you. 

Note that we are unable to accommodate returns/refunds/exchanges for size complaints. Before purchasing, please refer to the size chart for each item to determine the best size. Colors may also be slightly different from what you see on the screen, due to variations in display settings.
